Reporting directly to the Director of IT, the Senior Network Administrator is responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating and representing the interests of the organization's technology infrastructure. The Senior Network Administrator will perform network, systems, operations, help desk and telecommunication administrator duties. Will work with other areas of IS to support functions and interfaces affecting and/or related to the network.
Network infrastructure; includes switch, firewall and router technologies that provide connectivity and security for organization's Local Area Network and Wide Area Network.
Evaluate, plan, develop systems and procedures, assess project feasibility and test for all IT related projects and goals. Must meet and work with IT staff, department heads, management and supervisors to assist in the assessment of current needs, long-term goals and projects needed for the organization's infrastructure.
