Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of a small Credit Union facility (usually up to 5 people); ensuring the branch meets or exceeds all sales and service goals designated within the Branch Manager's scorecard and that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversee provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensure that
members are promptly and professionally served. Train, direct, and supervise branch staff.
