The Member Service Representative helps build positive Member relations by providing prompt, efficient, accurate, courteous and personalized service to Members, potential Members, vendors, and guests of the Credit Union. Greets, helps determine needs, and directs visitors appropriately. Responsible for performing a wide variety of receptionist and clerical duties. Performs Member service tasks associated with processing Member transactions. Supports all branch roles in the interest of providing exceptional Member service. Represents the Credit Union in a professional manner, supporting sales and service goals. Minimally, Applicants should possess advanced credit union or bank Teller experience. Others need not apply.
