About the Role

As a Support Services Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting both of our Account Services and Card Services teams by processing electronic services, researching account issues, resolving fraud disputes, and providing operational support across multiple functions. Your work helps ensure our members can confidently manage their finances while supporting the teams who serve them every day.

What You'll Be Doing
Process electronic services transactions and account maintenance with accuracy and attention to detail.
Research and resolve fraud disputes involving services such as Zelle, Bill Pay, electronic transfers, and other digital payment channels.
Conduct account research, process adjustments, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Balance and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
Provide cross-functional support across Account Services and Card Services by serving as a backup resource for a variety of operational functions.
Respond to inquiries from branch associates and internal partners while delivering timely, accurate resolutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with teammates on special projects and assist wherever business needs require.
What You'll Bring
Experience
One to three years of experience in financial services, operations, account services, card services, or a related role preferred.
Experience processing transactions, researching account issues, or supporting operational functions is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
Experience with Symitar Episys or another core banking system is preferred.
10-key proficiency is preferred.
