This entry-level position performs assigned Teller tasks associated with the processing of member transactions such as receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits, loan payments and processing mail transactions as required. Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, the BSR position is accountable for meeting or exceeding pre-established Sales & Service Goals.
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support social media and digital marketing initiatives. This role provides support to the marketing department by assisting with creative insights and developing marketing content for digital marketing channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with production schedules, creating content, proofreading content, campaign ideation, events and collaboration with internal groups and external vendors.
Must demonstrate the ability to effectively process, validate, close and fund all direct real estate loans. This associate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to effectively discuss loan contingencies and closing requirements on an independent basis. Must have working knowledge of real estate products and effectiveness in closing loans or identifying cross-sell opportunities.
Must be able to assist members with their real estate lending needs, analyze complex loan requests, and make credit decisions based on lending policy and procedures. This associate must exhibit flexibility and enthusiasm in adjusting daily work assignments, work schedule and results oriented.
Provide exceptional service at all times. Discuss account options, cross sell credit union products and services at each opportunity and meet or exceed all sales & service scorecard goals. Open new accounts, certificates, IRAs, process and fund installment loans, and open-end loans. At minimum, applicants should have prior advanced Credit Union/Banking Finance Teller and product sales experience. Others need not apply. To assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs directly and through other Member Service Representatives; provides expertise with respect to more complex Credit Union services such as IRAs, certificate accounts, electronic funds transfer, home banking, etc.; explains services, sets up new accounts, respond to problems, and provides general Operations assistance. Assist Branch Manager as needed, or in the absence of the Branch Manager, maintain proper branch operation.
